I work with individuals navigating the emotional complexity of pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, grief and loss, and the relationship changes that often come with these transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in emotional safety. Therapy with me is not about pushing through or “fixing” yourself, it’s about understanding what you’re carrying and helping you feel more steady, supported, and connected to yourself again.
I also support clients navigating relationship stress and attachment patterns that can become more activated during perinatal and early parenthood transitions, including people-pleasing, anxious attachment, emotional disconnection, and communication struggles.
